Privacy Policy
What AI Scientific Figure collects, what happens to your descriptions, reference images and figures, and how long we keep them
In short
- Your descriptions and reference images are used only to draw the figure you asked for.
- Reference images (sketches, older figures) are deleted automatically after 3 days.
- Finished figures stay in My works for 30 days, and you can delete them any time.
- Your figures are private unless you turn on sharing.
- We never sell your data, and we never use your descriptions, uploads or figures to train AI models or in our own marketing. Unpublished research stays yours.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your profile picture. If you sign in with email, your password is stored only as a secure hash.
- What you ask us to draw: the descriptions you write (including pasted abstracts), the reference images you upload and the figures we make for you.
- Purchases: what you bought, when, and your credit balance. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, the site or link that brought you here, and basic device details such as browser type and IP address. We use them to keep the service running, stop abuse and see which pages help people.
Your descriptions, uploads and figures
Why we use them. Your description, the options you pick and any reference image are sent to our AI model provider only to draw the figure you asked for. The finished figure is saved to your account.
How long we keep them.
| What | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Reference images you upload | 3 days, then deleted automatically |
| Finished figures and their descriptions | 30 days in My works, then deleted automatically |
| Finished figures on an active subscription | While you are subscribed, and 60 days after it ends |
You can delete any figure yourself in My works at any time. Deleting your account removes your uploads and figures too.
Who can see them. Only you, while you are signed in. If you turn on sharing for a figure, anyone with its link can see it until you turn sharing off or delete it.
What we never do. We do not sell your descriptions, uploads or figures, use them to train AI models, or use them in our ads, example galleries or social posts without asking you first.

| Stripe | Payments | Your payment details and email |
| Sign-in, if you choose it | Your sign-in request | |
| Umami | Privacy-friendly visit statistics | Pages visited and referrer, without tracking you across other sites |
